Hello good afternoon, is it possible to configure the controls from left to right in this rom of Taito?
Having the original cabinet a wheel, I would like to know if it is possible to make this type of configuration.

What frontend are you using ? Retroarch ? If so, you can remap in any way you want through "Quick menu > Controls".

I am using Pfbneo and in the options there is no way to make the directions work.

I don't know anything about pfbneo, afaik no one here is responsible for this project. Try asking on their github or something.

Curiously - I tried looking for the originator of the project, but couldn't find it.

Afaik, he should be the guy who wrote "pfba" a few years back, his name on github is "cpasjuste", i think pfbneo is part of this repo : https://github.com/Cpasjuste/pemu
