Topic: Why does some game Recording Feature not work?

Some work in some games. But in others it fails miserably! It's very random.

Why does it happen?

Does it only work with older games? What am I doing wrong? Replay of some games just doesn't work and Gameplay is broken in the middle.

Example: I play a game until the gym. In the recording a game starts well, and for example in the third fight the character starts to make no sense and loses the fight and Game Over (but i finished the game before).

It could be a problem in FBNeo - whenever I find a game that loses sync in playback, I'll fix it.  Well, I need your help:  when you find a game that does this, please tell the game name/romset name and attach the recording file here.  If you'd like to keep your recordings private, send me a PM with the files.  I can fix it the same day usually!

Can you tell me the games that fail to play back?  I can fix them.

A lot of the systems are pretty solid though, it's usually the more obscure things that need a fix. 

For example, these systems are capable of recording a game from beginning to end without an issue:
NeoGeo, PGM, CPS1,2, NES, SMS, Kaneko Suprnova (cyvern), Cave cv-1000, Sega System 32, Sega C2

You can always get the latest exe's for windows here:

Just unzip and copy over your old exe

pacman / puckman is fixed for recordings, grab new exe from the link above
