Im brand new - lots of questions - please help !

 Ok I just started last week using both FBA and MAME - I'll post my mame questions on that board . Here are my FBA questions .

1) I have been playing Aliens vs Predator and I took maybe 30 screen shots while playing but when I went to the screen shot folder there was only one pic - Where did the other ones go ? - Do I need to change something to get them to save ?

2) How do I get multiplayers on there ? Do I buy some extra controllers to play at my house ? How do you get to play with friends over the internet ?

3) What are drivers ? I know what roms and bios are kinda , do you save and put drivers in roms folders like you do roms and bios ?
 
Any links to info or answers to my questions are greatly appreciated . I know im a total noob - Im suprised I have gotten a few games to play - lol probably by accident lol
