Latest Rom Set Infos

Hi I opened a thread so that we can post the CRC of the last available rom files
if possible try to add some infos like (decrypted, encrypted, scrambled, hacked...)

you may start with cthd2k3sp which I'm confused about
there are already a lot of roms floating around and it's hard to say which is correct (perfect dump if any exist) or which is hacked
