Title: X68000 Emulation in FBA?
Post by: MasterPhW on June 04, 2008, 03:38:53 PM
I've read about X68000 first time on 1emu and wondered, if there's an emulator NEWER than 2006 that support the system, because I heard there are some great arcade ports available.
Would it be possible to add X68000 emulation to FBA?

It'd be very possible to do it.  All of the hardware seems to be supported by FBA except for the floppy/hdd.
And it seems to be actively worked on in MESS.

So does that mean, that you would probably interested in porting it?
That would really be great!

"Probably?" No.  "Possibly?" Maybe.  I, honestly, don't have a lot of patience for drivers that take more than a few hours to port (there are notable exceptions [pacman]).

Treble, did you ever thought about implementing?

I've got a to-do list and that isn't on it. Might look at it one day though.
