I added support for multiple chips to the YM2203 interface so I decided to use Mad Gear as the testing ground. The old driver was in a bit of a state so I decided to rewrite it.

It's not far off complete, it just needs a tidy-up and then I'll add Last Duel to the driver.

I seem to get a buzzing sound when i start this up, this a known bug?

load it until it doesn't buzz.....I've also noticed this with Gun.Smoke.....but they still work, just have to reload....usually happens when loading after another game....just a bug I guess...
