Please be aware this is the same source code as Mame 0.116u3 and needs the CHD's on this build.

ThanX James ^^, I used it and seems that controls are working a little better in this version, maybe because is a lite one.

btw, my own compilation of MAME have control issues too, and the official MAME32 too, its really strange because MAME always worked fine with my Logitech controls.

This is why I created a CPS3 only version, Which means it does not affect the other build I have,  Plus its only a small file size.

Once Haze has completed it i doubt you will be able to play the games, Once the correct cpu clock has been added to the driver.

Based on the latest source changes from haze, CPS-3 runs much better now.

this is a slightly more optimized version of the driver thats in 0116u3 anyway. I haven’t attempted to fix any bugs in it, and there shouldn’t be any new bugs either. It’s just a little faster, decoding tiles only when they’re needed etc.

Is this pointles to find out?  Can a mame cheat for the Hidden Characters in sfiii2 be made from this?, Since it shows the addresses of where it was patched.

absolutely james. There are cheat commands that allow for patching ROM.

It already has the changes, If you want that version, Then I suggest you compile it, The tools to do so are online http://www.mamedev.org/tools/
