From that picture i understand that some switch and ps4 versions will be packed in a shockbox with books, cd-audio and some other extras .
I don't think they will produce real AES cartridges, just the box.

This is just a package in a shockbox to remember the old Neo Geo days. Now if a day the ROM will surface, for sure some people will try to make some SSV perfect AES/MVS conversion.

Well, they might or might not use real dumps behind an emulator, recent remakes like "Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection" did this (https://github.com/WydD/sf30ac-extractor). Since they mentioned using vanilla versions of the games, i suspect that's what they do.
NB : with its 6 frames of input lag at release, i doubt sf30ac was using fba.
