Greetings I'll try to make this short.
I've spent my entire day thus far trying to make the SF1++ Hack (http://ux.getuploader.com/yumeji/edit/7) work where, you can play as all the hidden bosses. I have the right Street Fighter ROM I think (http://www.emuparadise.me/M.A.M.E._-_Multiple_Arcade_Machine_Emulator_ROMs/Street_Fighter_(World)/16496), then I got all the files I needed patched using Lunar IPS (http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/240/), then I tried running the game in MAME, which had worked many times before but after patching, the game would no longer load. Then I started looking through the internet for possible solutions, I couldn't find anything as far as tutorials for using SF1++, so I started looking into alternative Emulators that's when I found Final Burn (Which I fell in love right away.) I was relieved to find that the program comes with an IPS Manager, problem is I have no idea how to use it, I tried applying my patches then running the game, the game wouldn't show as available, I tried placing the SF1++ Folder in the IPS Config Folder, and the IPS manager wouldn't light up. If anyone has any idea, as to how I can get this solved it would be a great well appreciated help.

Hello Hangman95, try this:
Move the sfu folder from sf1++(20140801).7z into fbalpha folder\support\ips, now rename the "sfu" folder to "sf". In the game list look for "Street Fighter (US, Set 1)", and click the [IPS MANAGER] button, put a checkmark next to SF1++ and hit OK. Now back on the game select screen, check the box "Apply Patches" and play :)

The romnames have changed since this patch was made, so a small modification to !sf1++.dat is necessary for it to work. Here's a fresh new working SF++ ips patch attached to this message.

Thank you for your Help, I got the IPS Manager working, now. I'm having trouble selecting the bosses once in game, but thank you so much for your help.

Go here and paste the text from the sf1++.txt into the first box: https://translate.google.com/
It will translate the instructions to English for you.
Basically you have to hold a certain button combination after coining up and then press start while holding the buttons. The buttons are LP MP HP (Low Punch Button #1, Medium Punch Button #2 High Punch Button #3) and LK MK HK (Low Kick Button #4/Med Kick Button #5/High Kick Button #6). The text file has a chart to show which buttons select the character.
