Can't Get Final Burn Neo to See any ROMS for Console Emulation

I just want to mention again that everything was already in the correct folder and set under the correct path. And so you know, I've been emulating games for more than 20-years. I'm stumped why this isn't working.

Hmm, I don't know, this is very strange :) 
could you open a cmd prompt from your fbneo folder, run "dir /s > list.txt" and post list.txt as an attachment, and also your config/fbneo.ini file?

Hello. I would like to say that I am having the same issue. My operating system is Windows 11. I just downloaded FBNeo, placed a Parasol Stars (USA) .pce file in the tg16 folder, and attempted to run it. I tried checking the "show available" box, renaming my file to not have spaces, checked "filters", and clicked the "scan roms" button multiple times. I will attach my list.txt.

You need the pce romsets meant for the FBNeo emulator, the same applies for every other supported games, console or arcade.
