Why does some game Recording Feature not work?

Popeye and Silver Millenium were fixed back in January, I'll work on the others and post back here when there ready.

You can always get the latest exe's for windows here:
https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo/releases/tag/latest
Just unzip and copy over your old exe

pacman / puckman is fixed for recordings, grab new exe from the link above
