Title: The Game List it's never avaliable on FBA NEO

The ROMs directory is correct, I click on "Scan ROMs" but nothing happens.

No game is not shown as if it has no directory at all.

How do I resolve this problem?

You are not providing a lot of information (system or game concerned), but let's try to debug this.
First, you seem to be using an old FBN version, as it shows up as 1.0.0.02. Get a recent one here (https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo/releases/tag/latest).

Assuming the path is indeed correct, you must ensure the ROM is also correct. There are multiple ROM sets available, and you need to use the one that FBN expects.

• Go to Misc / Generate dat file / <generate whatever dat file you need>
• Download and install RomCenter (https://www.romcenter.com/), and feed it that dat file
• Check that your ROM shows up as valid in RomCenter
