I have the following three roms:
ssf2.zip, ssf2t.zip and ssf2tu.zip
In early releases of FBA like 0.2.96.74, the following rom was detected after scanning:
Super Street Fighter II Turbo (super street fighter 2 X 940223 etc)
However under newer versions of FBA like 0.2.97.29, it is not detected at all.
I'm wondering why this is occurring and if there's a way to fix? Running FBA from the command line like "fba.exe ssf2t" also failed.
Edit:
I've found that the difference first occured between versions: 0.2.97.08 and .09.

Sometimes the rom names change between each Release of FBA you would have to rename them to get em to show in your romlist
check your rom against the FBA supported rom list dat file which comes with the emulator and rename it to match

No, the rom name is the same.

No, the rom name is the same.
Sometimes that is the cause of roms no showing obviously not the case here. The dev team will have seen this by now im sure
they'll look into it

not sure if you got a answer for your thread http://neo-source.com/index.php?topic=2436.0
but if you look inside the zipped roms, they have many files for each game inside them, they seem to get updated \ renamed quite often
you could try to re-download the ssf2.zip, ssf2t.zip and ssf2tu.zip files and see if they come upto date, or get a app called "clrmamepro" and use a upto date "dat" file created from fba and scan your rom files, it will fix them or tell you which files inside the zips are missing
retroroms.net has a fba rom request section in there forums, i would imagine you could find a working set from over there

Thank you for the reply. Yes I found the change in the source between version .08 and .09.
