Strange Guru Mediation Upon Neogeo Launch

Hi, this is my 1st post here although I've been in the emu scene for some time now. Here's the issue.

 In the latest release of FBA, if you have the full screen res set higher than 1280x1024, some Neo games(KOF, FF etc...) will just crash out to Guru Med after the Rom set loads. Before anyone says it's my rom sets trust me they are fine (been doing this a very LONG time) and it seems to be emulation  or config related. This is not a problem with CPS or other format Roms JUST NEOGEO. Everything else runs fine even at 1600x900, Any suggestions? Or is it a known bug? Any feedback would be great :biggrin:
