FBA v2.97.11 and autofire

Can someone please explain to me whether or not autofire is possible with FBA v2.97.11? I have searched all over this forum and the help guide provided with FBA and I cannot find an answer.

Assuming autofire is possible, how would I set it for a single button? For example, I am trying to set button 1 to have autofire (or turbo via holding the button down) with a delay of 2. Is this possible. Please help.

Also, I just want to say FBA is a great emulator. Great audio, video, cheats, and a robust game library. Nice work and thank you to its developers. If autofire is not possible, please consider adding it.
