Garou Stage Glitching in FBA 029708 with CPU Speed increase

Hello, I hope this is the proper place to discuss this.

I adore FBA 029708 and have used it for a long time and recently found a solution to neogeos slowdown in FBA, which is very noticeable when you do Super moves in Garou and Samsho V special.

I Was looking for a way to stop the lagging in certain neogeo games (High bit ones) and noticed the CPU speed increase option, set it to 150% and the games run as smooth as butter, exactly as fast and smooth as Kawaks but, in Terrys stage on the bridge part, the Rails are Flickering very badly and i tried the same setup in 029713
and the Flickering is Gone.

I prefer the interface and stability more in 029708 and was wondering if there is a way to fix that glitch in that version?

One of the problems with overclocking the cpu is that Neogeo games rely on certain timing for a lot of functionality. 
If the timing is wrong a lot of problems can occur, graphics and otherwise.

i checked out every neogeo game that pushed the neogeo capabilities that made them slow down (accurate emulation correct?) and the only one that has any issue is Garou in the 3rd section of Terrys stage with the Bridge rails , I checked the same issue with FBA 029713 and that bug was fixed.

that is what i Originally meant, if there was any way those improvements for neogeo could be used in FBA 029708?
