Enable and PLAY TOURNAMENT MODE in SUPER STREET FIGHTER 2 TOURNAMENT EDITION

Hello to everyone...
I want to play in TOURNAMENT MODE not SINGLE MODE.....
I see that this fantastic emulator support the tournament mode on SUPER STREET FIGHTER 2 TOURNAMENT EDITION
but I don't know how to configure it, did someone know how to configure it or is not supported ?
anyway is it posssible to raise 4 instance of the emulator to make it run on the same machine or maybe in 4 PC or in 4 virtual machine  so that they can comunicate and link them ?
this could be very wonderful if happen.
for now I can just see "TERMINAL CHECK" black screen :(
