Slightly changed Vbulletin Style

Well, I hacked the style of vbulletin slightly, as you may notice.  The avatar and user info is now on the side (vbulletin 2.0 style).

I like this style much better as it reduces scrolling and is, I feel, much more appealing.

Please let me know of any bugs
(Yes, I know about the width problem with bananaeater's posts...)
