As far as i could tell using a translator, there is nothing on that page saying that video came from pcb.

Thanks for letting us know, I fixed the sound, but there also appears to be an issue with the gfx - looking into it..
EDIT: sound and music are a-ok!

barbudreadmon, any emulation that uses the f3 sound system might be slower than usual, which is why I noticed the problem right away.
There is a setting that will put the music at its normal speed, if something is off. (see commit)  There's a rather long story why it ended up this way, and it's all mr. B's fault.

Yeah, google translate told me as much, but i don't know what it means since i have never heard of "stores" offering services to capture real pcb footage. Is that a thing in japan ?

Several well-known stores (game centers) in Japan have recording environments.
There are surprisingly many similar videos.
