This looks more appropiate for FBN... it's an English translation for Seiryaku Simulation - Inbou no Wakusei: Shancara (NES). It's a political simulator set in the distant planet of Shancara, which allows for all kinds of dirty tricks in order to become the first ruler of the planet.

My recommendation would be to build valid romsets, just as the documentation is telling you to. That way you can avoid that screen.
As for why you can't close, i can't reproduce it on my side so it's most likely some kind of setup issue.
Maybe try to reset all your configurations and restart them from scratch.

Edit: could it be that you are using an extremely old version of this core ? nowaday, pressing any button on that screen is supposed to close the core, but several years ago it wasn't like this and you needed to go through frontend's menu/shortcuts to close this.
Edit2 : also, it might be a good idea to be more specific about your platform, i noticed you are talking about unplugging the power supply, so i suppose (hope) you are not using a PC.

Hi, I reduced the frame reaction time, though, the games in the driver probably need some testing :)

There's a glitch on the race selection screen in Rad Rally (see attachment).
Maybe related to that hack: https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo/issues/1308

The background is still fine during the race.

Hi guys, another possible bug discovered thanks to the Arcade Archives series.

In Arabian, the enemy at the top of the levels is a large blue bird. In fbneo or mame this enemy does not appear.

There's an addedum patch for Super Street Fighter II (Genesis / Mega Drive) available. Apparently it corrects the music after applying either the Dolsilwa or the Lord Hiryu enhancement patches.



I say "apparently" because I can't notice much difference, if any, with my low end PC speakers. And anyway, it's SF2 for the Mega Drive, which is kinda meh when compared to the SNES versions, so I'll trust the FB Neo team verdict on this one. Is it worthy? Is it not? We'll see.
