then click on Artifacts and download the "vs" versions.

Grab the latest here - it is kept up-to-date automatically (by robot) - disregard the date as the build will be from the current day.

I highly recommend using the gcc compiled version "fbn-win32-gcc". 

why?
1: the "-vs" version has some unresolved bugs
2: most devs use gcc, so we only really test with gcc
2: 32bit?  the 64bit version is missing the feature-complete "enhanced" blitter.
