I'm new her and i want to know that each emu has a soures code or src

can i know how we can use this 2 build or compaile an emulator and if not can any body tells me the name of the program that we use it 2 use these sourse code and of course if u post the linke for the program will make it easy for me

The compiler depends of which emulator you want to compile only 2 known emulators (for neogeo+extra systems) have public src:
-FB Alpha
-MAME (and it's variants)
The way to compile: depends of wich emu you want to compile
after that we can help you of telling how to compile

I know ........ just u know maybe i want 2 make my own emulator with games that i want

So can u tell me how 2 compile  the FBA first  

and then or later compile MAME

Coz i don't have any idia how 2 do that

Well... It's really much much easier to compile mame first and then move to compiling FBA.

no.  DX9 is backwards compatible with dx7 (sort of...)
