The dinopic romsets with no sound is impossible to get working without a donor pic chip from one of these boards, and someone like Caps0ff to dump it.  The code in the pic chip controls the sound.  It is "protected", so it can't be dumped without grinding the top off the chip and doing some laser-surgery to the wp bit.

the coin handling can be changed in service mode

the background colour difference is likely just a flaw in the bootleg hardware, ignoring the CPS1 background pen and just treating the bottom layer as solid instead, none of the bootleg hardware 100% reproduces the original CPS1 video properly.

and the sound? I would like that same sound that is in the video most of many here in Brazil grew up playing this pirate machine she is the only one I have ever seen emulated

you've already been given the answer about the sound.  they use a protected part, it cannot be accurately emulated until that part is dumped, dumping that part is more expensive and time consuming than dumping anything else on the PCB or any original Capcom PCB and has only recently (in the last 2 years) even become possible.

but is there anyone trying to make it get the audio of this game I showed? it seems that few know outside Brazil I think they should not be giving much importance to this version, that version of the command captain would not use the same chip that you mentioned?

I'm sorry, but chip data for sound-cpu (Microchip PIC) is missing.  It is not possible to make sounds with missing sound-cpu "program code".

Decap service costs several hundred dollars or more to dump a protected PIC chip (Decap means retrieve program code from this protected PIC chip), if you can find someone to dump it at all.

but is someone trying to decrypt the chip? How can I track the status of this? the rom dinohut with the sounds of the command captain had q go through this decryption? if so why did not they do the same with this version that I quoted it up?

we have no chips to decrypt.  Someone with money will need to buy the board they want, and send it for decap.

they will process it when they have time to process it.

as there are lots of bootlegs of the game we cannot guarantee it really is the same version until it is dumped and emulated, but the degraded sound quality shown in the bootleg suggests that it probably is.  (short music loops, minimum sound channels, low quality samples)
