So heres the final result ....

I tried different blitters and different FBA Versions and also the fbaxp Exe.
And the problem lies in the blitters itself. Especially the 2xSal blitters is
responsable for the problem with some vertical games... in my case ....
So i set the blitter to double pixle 3d hardware and it looks fine.
No crash at startup switch to fullscreen anymore.

Fulg0re, I am glad you figured out the problem, and that means 2xSai is buggy.  I will try to figure out the problem with the 2xSai, I know a friend who also had the same problem as you a few years back.  But unfortunately I just remembered it when you mentioned 2xSai.
