In this case it means with your ips patches, we got a quizdaisk proper dump or is it just some korean translation fix hack?

according to your ips patches, 123-c1 and 123-c2 have been redumped...

quizdaisk is not correct set.. I have correct mvs cartridge.
Mame set different c1 and c2.

these should be added / fixed in MAME.  I'm surprised JohnBoy didn't do it with his latest update.

The Korean Kof97 should be supported even if it's just a different m1 (I'm assuming it has various voices censored)

I know when a lot of NeoGeo games were dumped in the first place people said they were bad because some voices were missing, I bet that they were just Korean carts being dumped back then in some cases.  They need to be documented properly now.

It would be good if he could take a photo of it, but I wouldn't expect much, most Korean manufacturered stuff is bootleg in quality even when it's official. (eg. many official licensed Sega boards produced in / for Korea don't have proper part numbers, and quite often the licensee's took the liberty of making their own unapproved changes)
