Hello again. I recently played through the two new Sonic hacks with FB Neo. In Sonic 2 VS, it seems there is unfortunately still a bug related to the graphics. To see this, you would choose Aquatic Ruin Zone in 2p VS, and both players need to walk forward to the first pillar and that should cause the bottom screen to start flickering. If that doesn't work, going a little farther to the main water area with both players should do it. Here is a screenshot of how the second screen looks as it's flickering. https://i.imgur.com/sd90wB0.png
I saw a similar problem on Chemical Plant Zone, but I think it's a little harder to get it to show up. I didn't see this bug when I tested with Bizhawk, so I am assuming it's FB Neo and not the game.

Hi Nick,
Please try the latest, hopefully it's fixed :)

best regards,

Yes, new feature :)
it can be turned off via dips, if you want.

Hi geese howard,
for Neogeo CD:
1: load a game, set up the DIPs & Inputs how you want them.
2: In the inputs editor press "save preset".  This will save all the settings you
made for this current game to: config/presets/neogeocd.ini

If you want that config to take effect for all neogeocd games, go into
config/games, and delete ngcd*.ini.  Now all games will use the settings that were
saved in the preset with the method above.

Vs. Hot Smash missing button?

Hi guys, in this game (hotsmash.zip) the CPU does an attack action that is not possible for the player.
Please check the attached video

Hi TaiToaplan,
re: Vs. Hot Smash
This game works best with a mouse or a spinner:
A slow movement moves the paddle left/right, a fast movement does the smashing effect.
With a gamepad's analog stick it doesn't translate very well.  small movement on the stick will move it left/right, big movement will smash, but it's a little glitchy.  If it won't do the smashing effect, or does it too much, adjust the analog sensitivity to 250%. (or a little more/little less)

I'm sorry to have to bring up yet another problem, but I have noticed an issue with the .avi splits. The first few frames seem to be either a blank screen, or frames with no movement. VirtualDub shows them as "drop frames". I was testing this on Sonic Delta Next in multiplayer, but I believe the issue shows up anywhere. I think it's easier to make the issue show up when you do the resolution change going into VS mode, but even the regular avi split that happens when the video is long enough can make it show up, although it doesn't seem to happen every single time. I used the full frames uncompressed option.
