Last improvement to cheat system:
After changing the status of a cheat, the list will stay where it was.
Previously, changing the status (enabled, disabled, etc) caused the list
to reflow and return to the top of the list.  This was bad UX... XD

FBNeo news for the masses

Hi Guys,
Some nice new fixes and a feature were added recently:

x  Seamless mode change, for Megadrive & Sega System32.  Games like md_contra, slipstrm, and a bunch of others now can freely change the video mode without needing the main UI window to be destroyed and re-created.

x  HardFX shaders: fixed some shaders which didn't work properly, and fixed a rounding issue which sometimes caused weird vertical lines in the shader effect.

x  Reshade: fixed using Reshade fullscreen caused garbage to appear on the sides of the screen

best regards,
- dink

Thanks a lot! :) The previous UI management was a bit "annoying"... now the emulation is clearly smoother! :)
