Topic: Setup alway's goes back to 720p Resolution

It doesn't matter what I do whenever I close FBA and when I open it again it goes back to the default setting of 1280 x 720. The 1080p setting is not recorded in the program.

I even tried changing the configuration .ini file but it always comes back when I open it again.

Any solution for this? I'm using the latest version.

Go to Video -> Monitor Properties and uncheck the option "Automatically detect fullscreen resolution ..."

Using this topic for another question: by default the region of Neo Geo games is in Japan. How do I set the USA region by default?

by default the region of Neo Geo games is in Japan.

Default region is Europe, not Japan.

Actually the default is Europe/Asia, Japan is a separate setting
Load a NeoGeo game, go to the dips and set the bios to a USA version, then go to the inputs editor and hit save preset - this will save a neogeo.ini preset with the setting.  It will then use this preset for NeoGeo games that aren't configured yet (such as, a game that has never run on your system, without he config/games/romset.ini file)
