Topic: Getting Street Fighter 2 Mix Dream Battles to work

I am trying to get Street Fighter 2 Mix Dream battle to work on FB Neo. Im using PC windows 11. I try to follow the web site instructions that the rom is hosted on. I get a message that shows missing roms when I do try to follow those directions. Can anyone help figure out how to get this game working. I know it can as Ive seen it played on You Tube. In fbneo, put sf2mix.zip in the roms directory and find the sf2mix game in the game list (f6 -> put sf2mix in search box), then select it.  Might have to rescan roms first.

The hosters of this rom's website directions on how to place the rom in the emulator

Just press the + next to "Street Fighter 2 champion edition" then look for "Street Fighter II Mix (v1.3)"
Or check the "Always show clones" option to make it easier.
