Of course! :) ... but I have a doubt... more precisely, many doubts like the many versions of the hack! :P
The hack is a "WIP" and there are many patch revisions... what version or versions are recommended to use?

Well, it looks real fun, but the latest should be the best: v10 :)

best regards,

Mega Man 7 Restoration has just been updated to v1.2, and it might be a good time to add this hack to the SNES roster.

This is its feature list:

This hack restores all the content that got cut from the American version of this game back to it, it also fixes the game's script and changes the ending to be more like the one from the Japanese version, changes the MM7 logos to look more like their Japanese counterparts and adds a feature where you can skip cutscenes by pressing the 'Start' button as well.

Link here.

A few more hacks for your consideration:

Improvements for TMNT III: The Manhattan Project.

A few tweaks (mostly sprite color) for this NES game.

Lightening Force to Thunder Force IV changes the title and ending screens in Lightening Force: Quest for the Darkstar for the Genesis, but nothing else.

And finally McDonald's Treasure Land Adventure Restoration restores all the content that got censored in the American version of this game back to their original format

EDIT: This third hack might be the most interesting of the bunch. Here's a list of said regional differences.

The NES/Famicom was the console of 8-bit era (Third generation) with more games... moreover also the aftermarket/homebrew scene is very "well-stocked" ! ;)

True. I've seen more homebrew and unlicensed games for this system than for the rest of 8-16 bit consoles combined.
