hi, Gals Hustler (set 1) stuck on test menu.
Same problem with Gals Hustler (set 2).

I think it may be DIP switch related as if you press F5 you can see that "Service Mode" is enabled. But, in my case, if I try to disable it, FBNeo crashes with a Guru Meditation error...

Hi guys,
Sorry I didn't have time to respond in a decent timeframe, been really busy with some fun code.  And on top of it all, this heatwave has made it impossible to do everything that needs to be done.

Howdy Pelucon8, re: devastators, it's almost like Konami's black sheep, but in prototype form.  I don't know much about it, and I never seen it in arcades.  The Tattoo Assassins sleuthwork and especially the resulting video was a lot of fun :)

Don't worry, dink. Good to have you back on the forum.

There's also a couple little bugs that became apparent after a few small plays and comparing with playback from an original cart.
I'd like to get everything 100% before putting on github, or close

Of course... IIRC the game was published/sold at the end of 2020... now we are in 2025, so wait a little longer is definitely not a problem! Thanks a lot for your work! :)

Gab75, always a good idea :)

The current issue that bothers me - when a song changes:
it loads a mp3 file, decodes it to a buffer, then starts playing the music
This means the emulation "hangs" for 4(or more) seconds every time a song changes. (f. example: title screen song, player select, level 1, boss, end of round music.. etc.)

I converted the mp3's to .wav, using BurnSamples engine - and - its a slight delay @ game load, but all songs play seamlessly with no hangs.  It's slick :)

There's also a couple little bugs that became apparent after a few small plays and comparing with playback from an original cart.
I'd like to get everything 100% before putting on github, or close

Well, my timing is wrong, it might not be released for a few days now.  I found some more bugs... :P

There's no hurry... take your time! :)
