Researching the Tattoo Assassins bug was a lot of fun; it was about 2 days and I even decoded the pcb schematics for the sound banking.
Got a boatload of laughs out of that video XD
Re: Devastators, this game never played right, big thanks to Jim Westfall with Hap for making this finally playable!
I admit, it's not as great as Konami's GI Joe, but, it's always good to have another working Konami game on the roster

Yeah, great story about "Tattoo Assassin", I never got to see him in person on a machine (I met him via emulation), but it's great that emulation developers collaborate with each other and share their skills with each other to make the emulation more faithful.

"Devastators" I didn't know, I never saw it in any arcade, but I did get to see (and play many times) "G.I. Joe" and so "Devastators" reminded me a lot of it. Probably (I don't know) "G.I. Joe" was inspired by the mechanics and style of "Devastators" and obviously surpassed them? well, that's to be expected knowing that there's about 4 years difference.
Now... what game was "devastators" inspired by?
